Return & Exchange Policy

Hudsonville Sporting Goods wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. All purchases are currently completed at our physical retail location in Hudsonville, Michigan.
Returns and Exchanges
Unused and unopened merchandise may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase when accompanied by the original receipt.
Returned merchandise must be:
- In new, unused and resalable condition
- In its original packaging
- Complete with all included parts, tags, manuals and accessories
Approved refunds will generally be issued to the original method of payment. Exchanges are subject to current product availability.
Items Without a Receipt
Returns without an original receipt may be declined. When accepted, they may be eligible for store credit based on the item’s current selling price, at the discretion of Hudsonville Sporting Goods.
Nonreturnable Items
The following purchases are final sale and cannot normally be returned:
- Live bait
- Fishing licenses, permits and other government-issued items
- Fishing line that has been cut, measured or spooled onto a reel
- Line-spooling and other completed service charges
- Opened bait, scents, attractants, chemicals or consumable products
- Gift cards
- Clearance or final-sale merchandise
- Used, damaged or incomplete merchandise
Additional restrictions may apply to certain regulated, safety-sensitive or manufacturer-controlled products.
Defective Merchandise
When an item appears to be defective, please bring it to the store with your receipt, original packaging and included components. Depending on the product, purchase date and manufacturer’s warranty, we may provide an exchange, refund, store credit or assistance with a manufacturer warranty claim.
This policy does not limit any rights that may apply under law or an applicable manufacturer warranty.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
